The EF-8530 is a unique pulsable infrared emitter with three radiating elements. It can operate in pulsed or steady state mode at peak temperatures of 700° C in an industry standard TO-8 package. The -2 version is a two-pin package, with the emitters all on, or -4 version a four pin package to allow all elements to be addressable.

Select pin configuration and with or without parabolic reflector when ordering.

The EF-8530 is also available with Sapphire, CaF2 or ZnSe windows.  Please contact us for price and delivery.
