Sensitive, room temperature 1x1 mm LWIR detector.  Detector is a RoHS compliant InAsSb device, and can directly replace detectors containing lead, mercury, or cadmium. They are packaged in a TO-5 housing (no window or AR coated Ge window) or ceramic SMD; select your package in the pull-down menus above.

Applications include gas sensing and radiation thermometers.
