IR Detectors & Sets
We offer high sensitivity RoHS compliant infrared detectors and modules from Hamamatsu. Detectors are either room temperature or TE-cooled and come in metal TO or ceramic SMD packages. Modules are easy to use, with the detectors, preamplifiers and control electronics integrated in a compact package.
High power, high speed laser power sensors from Coherent are also available. They combine the broad wavelength sensitivity, dynamic range and laser damage resistance of a thermopile with the response speed of a semiconductor photodiode.
