    Item Description

    Sensitive, liquid nitrogen temperature 1 mm diameter LWIR detector.  Detector is a RoHS compliant Type II superlattice device, and can directly replace detectors containing lead, mercury, or cadmium. They are packaged in a cryogenic dewar with ZnSe window.

    Applications include FTIR, gas sensing and radiation thermometers.
