Item Description
Sensitive, room temperature, 1TE or 2TE cooled, 2x2 mm MWIR detectors. Detectors are RoHS compliant InAsSb devices, and can directly replace detectors containing lead, mercury, or cadmium. They are packaged in a TO-5 or TO-8 housing. Select your device in the pull-down menus above.
Applications include gas sensing, radiation thermometers and flame detection.
