Item Description
Sensitive, fast room temperature 1x1 mm LWIR detector from < 2 to 11+ microns. Detector is a photoelectromagnetic MCT device. It is packaged in sealed SMA interface enclosure with a wedged AR coated ZnSe window. These PEM detectors have no 1/f noise, thus can be used for CW and low frequency measurements. And, because of their speed (low time constant), they can also be used for high frequency measurement.
