    Ultra-high speed IR detection module  with > 1 GHz bandwidth, 1x1mm PV MCT detector with immersion lens for enhanced sensitivity.  Spectral coverage for 3 to 11+ um.

    Set consists of:

    • photovoltaic MCT detector, D* optimized for 10.6um, 1x1 mm square optical area with immersion lens (35 degrees FOV)
    • preamplifier with bandwidth from 300 Hz to > 1 GHz, DC monitor, internal fan and M8 mounting. 
    • internal TE cooler controller and detector/preamplifier power supply
    • AC adapter
    • Test data
