Item Description

The SG01L-5Lens is an extremely versatile high performance SiC detector (1.0 mm2), with broadband spectral response (UVA+UVB+UVC) in a rugged TO-5 package with a concentrator lens.  The SiC detector is dose hard to UV radiation, thus ensuring long life and stable performance in high UV dose environments.
