This detectors is a  high-speed, low-noise InGaAs PIN photodiode for 800–1700 nm applications including: ranging, test & measurement, laser engineering, medical, telecom and datacom.

• Low dark current and high responsivity at 850, 1310 and 1550nm
• Improved responsivity at 850nm.
• Available in TO or SMD package
