IR Detectors & Modules — High Performance, High Speed

We offer high sensitivity RoHS compliant infrared detectors and modules from Hamamatsu. Detectors are either room temperature or TE-cooled and come in metal TO or ceramic SMD packages. Modules are easy to use, with the detectors, preamplifiers and control electronics integrated in a compact package.

Hamamatsu items are for purchase and shipment only in North America (USA, Canada, Mexico). Please contact your local Hamamatsu office in other countries.

High power, high speed laser power sensors from Coherent are also available. They combine the broad wavelength sensitivity, dynamic range and laser damage resistance of a thermopile with the response speed of a semiconductor photodiode.

We stock a number of detectors for quick delivery. If not in stock, deliveries can be six weeks from the factory. Please check with us at time of order.
