Sensitive, room temperature 1.0 mm diameter MWIR detector.  Detector is a RoHS compliant InAsSb device, and can directly replace detectors containing lead, mercury, or cadmium. They are packaged in a TO-8 housing.

Applications include gas sensing, FTIR, remote sensing, thermal radiation thermometers and flame detection. Typical gas analysis applications include CO2, SOx, CO and NOx.
