Sensitive, room temperature 0.7x0.7 mm MWIR detector.  Detector is a RoHS compliant InAsSb device, and can directly replace detectors containing lead, mercury, or cadmium. They are packaged in a TO-46 housing.

For an SMD packaged variant of this detector we recommend the P16612-011CA

Applications include gas sensing, radiation thermometers and flame detection.
