Item Description
Sensitive, room temperature 0.7x0.7 mm IR detector with a 3.9um bandpass filter for gas measurements. Detector is a RoHS compliant InAsSb device, and can directly replace detectors containing lead, mercury, or cadmium. They are packaged in a TO-46 housing or ceramic SMD; select your package in the pull-down menus above.
Applications include gas sensing, and flame detection.
