Infrared detectors with band-pass filter (3.3 μm and 3.9 μm)

Item Description

The P13243-015CF is a two-wavelength package. InAsSb photovoltaic detectors are packaged with two band-pass filters with center wavelength of 3.3 μm and 3.9 μm. Products using two filters are suitable for gas measurement. The environmentally friendly infrared detectors do not use lead, mercury, or cadmium, which are substances restricted by the RoHS Directive. It is replacement for conventional products containing these substances.
