Item Description

The SG01S-18ISO is an extremely versatile high performance SiC detector (0.06mm2), with broadband spectral response (UVA+UVB+UVC) in a rugged TO-18 package.  The ISO90 is a three pin package with the third pin for optional grounding of the case. The SiC detector is hardened to UV radiation, thus ensuring long life and stable performance in high UV dose environments. It is one our most widely used UV photodiodes.
