Item Description

The SG01S-18S is an extremely versatile high performance SiC detector (0.06mm2), with broadband spectral response (UVA+UVB+UVC) in a rugged TO-18 package.  The -18S has a shorter cap height (3.7 mm) than the standard  - 18 part (5.6 mm).

The SiC detector is hardened to UV radiation, thus ensuring long life and stable performance in high UV dose environments. It is one our most widely used UV photodiodes.
