80 um InGaAs Avalanche Photodiode - APD (Ain-080-04-01 Type 4)

Item Description

This detector is a low-noise InGaAs Avalanche Photodiode (APD) Type 4 with spectral response from 950 –1650 nm.  Type 4 is a cost-efficient alternative to the higher performing type 5, while providing sufficient gain for many applications.  Applications include ranging, LIDAR, test & measurement, laser engineering, medical, telecom and datacom.

• Small Capacitance = 0.4 pF at M = 10
  
• High gain (M = 10 - 20)
