Item Description

This detector is a low-noise InGaAs Avalanche Photodiode (APD) Type 5 with spectral response from 1000 –1630 nm.  Type 5 is the gold standard in the ranging and LIDAR industry, providing high gains and low noise operation. Applications include ranging, LIDAR, test & measurement, laser engineering, medical, telecom and datacom.
