Sensitive, room temperature 0.7x0.7 mm MWIR detector.  Detector is a RoHS compliant InAsSb device, and can directly replace detectors containing lead, mercury, or cadmium. The back illuminated detector is packaged in a ceramic SMD.

Applications include gas sensing, radiation thermometers and flame detection.
