This is a new and unique "all-in-one” IR sensor. The fast InAsSb broadband detector is integrated with a 100 MHz transimpedance preamplifier, in a TO-5 housing.  The detector is a user‑friendly device, thus can be easily used in a variety of applications including gas analysis and laser measurement.
