Item Description

The SG01S-18 is an extremely versatile high performance SiC detector (0.06mm2), with broadband spectral response (UVA+UVB+UVC) in a rugged TO-18 package.  The SiC detector is hardened to UV radiation, thus ensuring long life and stable performance in high UV dose environments. It is one our most widely used UV photodiodes.
