Item Description

The SG01S-C18-LED is a high performance SiC detectors (0.06mm2), with UVC spectral response in a rugged TO-18 package.  The spectral response is tailored for detection of 275 nm LEDs. The SiC detector is hardened to UV radiation, thus ensuring long life and stable performance in high UV dose environments.
