The SG01R10-5 is an extremely versatile high performance SiC detector (round 1.0 mm2), with vacuum UV (VUV) and broadband spectral response (UVA+UVB+UVC) in a rugged TO-5 package. The SG03 product line is tailored for a wide range of applications that demand UV detection down to wavelengths as low as 170nm. The SiC detector is hardened to UV radiation, thus ensuring long life and stable performance in high UV dose environments. It is one our most widely used UV photodiodes.
