Our UV sensors are manufactured by our partner sglux GmbH, the leader is silicon carbide (SiC) based UV sensors.  SiC UV sensors are proven to have high dose resistance and reliability.  sglux offers fast, flexible skilled German quality for over twenty years. We can support single piece orders up to volume production of thousands of sensors due to sglux' flexible responsive factory.

SG01 series of UV photodiodes - We have a comprehensive line of UV photodiodes spanning the UVC, UVB, UVA and UV-Index spectrums.  A variety of detector sizes, sensitivities and packages means there is a solution for your application. Selection chart

SG03 series of VUV/UV photodiodes - The SG03 product line is tailored for a wide range of applications that demand UV detection down to wavelengths as low as 170nm.  Applications include use with VUV excimer lasers for curing and processing (172nm), detection for new disinfecting systems (222nm), and low-pressure Hg lamp monitoring used for TOC reduction and water purification (185nm). TOCON hybrid sensors - Our TOCON sensors are uniquely designed with selectable sensitivity ranges and amplified 0 – 5 V output allowing easy integration with sensor electronics. Models cover twelve orders of magnitude (picowatts/cm2 to Watts/cm2) allowing you to match the sensor to your first stage electronics.  The TOCONs are compact TO packages and well shielded from external noise.
